During a recession it is not uncommon to see the increase in “cowboy builders” and “tradesmen” offering their services and the increase in unscrupulous practice and shoddy workmanship will inevitably increase. Clients will potentially spend large sums of money and end up with an unsatisfactory job.
Our Building Services Department exists to help those clients that require our assistance but where the work falls outside of our charitable status. We still apply the same client centred, ethical and not-for-profit ethos to any work we undertake through our Building Services as we do to our charitable work.
So for example if you need someone you can trust to arrange, design and/or oversee the construction of an extension, or you don’t know which double glazing company to choose out of the yellow pages, then we can help you.
If you have work that you require to be done but you are not eligible, or don’t require, financial assistance then our Building Services Department can visit, inspect and offer advice. If after you have considered the advice you would then like to employ us to undertake, or oversee the work then we will be delighted to do so.
Please feel free to phone and discuss your requirements, just ask for the Building Services Department.
